For managed services, hosting, or software subscriptions:

• Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Services automatically renew unless canceled in advance
• Cancellation terms may vary depending on your service agreement

We may provide or resell third-party services (e.g., Microsoft 365, security software, hosting platforms).

• Your use of these services is also subject to the third party's terms
• We are not responsible for outages, failures, or issues caused by third-party providers

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and materials, is the property of Simple Network Solutions and may not be copied or used without permission.

While we implement industry-standard security practices:

• We do not guarantee that systems will be completely secure or free from breaches
• Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate internal safeguards
• We are not liable for data loss, cyberattacks, or system failures beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Simple Network Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of revenue or business
• Downtime or service interruptions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Network Solutions from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
